Welcome to the 2nd Annual Spring Edition of the Mid Rivers Throwdown!

The Mid Rivers Throwdown is in its second year at CrossFit St. Charles! Our event is fun and challenging. Grab a friend or compete by yourself!

Divisions

The competition has the following divisions:

  • Intermediate (RX) Women
  • Intermediate (RX) Men
  • Novice (scaled) Women
  • Novice (scaled) Men
  • Mixed Teams of 2 Novice (scaled)
  • Mixed Teams of 2 Masters (each member must be 40 by day of comp)
  • Mixed Teams of 2 Intermediate (RX)

** - All teams are a Male/Female pair
