Working on weights and all weights will still be subjected to changes up to the last minute of starting the event.

If there's only one person in a weight class, the class will be combined with another.

Spectator fee $5 , this helps our gym keep the facilty clean and bathrooms stocked. 

Outside event weather permitting, feel free to bring chairs and popups. 

Viking Press for reps: Standing facing the judge, set weight, press as many as possible in 60 sec. 

Equipment allowed, belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves. 

Conans wheel:  Who doesn't love running in circles? The story of a mothers life! This will be a set weight for distance, within 60 sec. 

Equipment allowed, belt, wrist wraps, elbow pads, knee sleeves, grip shirts (no other strongman federation logos). 

Car deadlift: Car deadlifts for reps, standing facing the judge, 60 sec.

Equpiment allowed, belt, wrist wraps, straps, knee sleeves.

Yoke carry and chain drag: Carry yoke 50ft drag chain back 50ft. Fastest time wins. 60 sec.

Equipments allowed, belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves.

Tire flips: Flip for as reps, as many flips as possible in 60sec. You may go further than 50ft. 

Equipment allowed, belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, grip shirts. (no other strongman federation logos).
