Rally In The Valley will be back and better than ever. Will Jack Driscoll and Lauren Weeks be able to secure their titles or will someone new emerge as the fittest in the valley?

What to expect in 2024:

Standup Paddleboard melee (details to come in the next few months) 

Mountain Bike Race (Top 8 event)

Trail Run (10K)

Barbell movements (Power Cleans, Deadlifts, Push Press/Jerk)

Sandbags and Medballs (60/40, 100/80)
