SHIREFIT OX STRONG LIFT OFF 2024

Come try our annual lifting event the ShireFit Ox Strong Lift Off.

Two movements will be drawn on the lead up to the event. There will be one Olympic Lift and one Powerlifting movement.

There will also be one surprise Strongman style bonus event where individuals can book a slot throughout the day.

Saturday 14th December 2024 hosted at our Alwoodley Site in North Leeds.

Entry costs £35 per person.

Podium prizes for the top 3 lifters per category based on Sinclair.
