Movement Standards:

Scaled Teams Division: CrossFit for less than a year or first competition, movements will be at the level with the CrossFit Open Scaled standards.

RX Teams: You consistently do your Box programming at the RX level without scaling or modifying.

Elite Individuals: You always do your Box programming at the RX level and occasionally or often scale-up your weights and/or you are a quarterfinals-level athlete.
