You're Favorite Central Coast Competition is back for it's 10th SLO County Games! Mark your calendars and get ready to compete with the best athletes the area has to offer.

Winner of Elite individuals as well as RX team events will also automatically qualify for the NorCal Classic

This Year the male and female winner of each elite event will also win $100 for a first place finish!

Elite Men, Elite Women

RX Mens Team, Elite Womens Team (teams of 2)

Scaled Mens Team, Scaled Womens Team (team of 2)

Movement Standards:

Scaled Teams Division: High Intensity Functional Fitness for less than a year or first competition, movements will be at the level with your typical box gym scaled standards.

RX Teams: You consistently do your Box programming at the RX level without scaling or modifying.

Elite Individuals: You always do your Box programming at the RX level and occasionally or often scale-up your weights and/or you were in the top 10% durring the Open.
