The First Annual Summer HEAT Team Throwdown competition is happening on Saturday, July 5th, starting at 8AM. This exciting event features three divisions: Scaled, Intermediate, and RX, ensuring a challenge for every skill level.
There is no age divisions, and teams consist of two athletes, either male/male or female/female. Mark your calendars and come prepared to compete, cheer, and celebrate the fitness community!!
