RX (aka intermediate) athletes should be able to complete wall walks, pullups, t2b, box jumps and open workout standards weights
Scaled (aka beginner) should be able to complete 65/45 lb bench, 14/10 lb wbs, hanging knee raises, ring rows, 65/45 lb thrusters, scaled wall walks
3 workouts + 1 floaterÂ
MM / FF teams of 2!
I know what you did last summer: Partner A finds a 1RM clean then Partner B does max set of front squats with that weight
