THE BATTLE OF BRANDED ONE - Redstone 2023

Register for our FIRST annual CrossFit competition, The Battle of Branded One, in honor of our Branded Heroes.

This is a four workout, five-event competition. Teams consist of 3, same-sex partners.

****Division Standards****

Proficient at:

Deadlift (225/155)

T2B

C2B Pull Ups

Bar Muscle Ups (at least 1 athlete)

Box Jumps (24/20)

Double Unders (at least 1 athlete)

Single DB OHS (50/35)

Scaled:

Proficient at:

Deadlift (155/105)

Knee Raises

Pull Ups (at least 1 athlete)

Box Step Ups (24”/20”)

Single Unders (at least 1 athlete)

Single DB OHS (35/20)

****Fundraising****

Event 1: Fundraising - Fundraising will be a  component of the competition, as we are a nonprofit to benefit physically and mentally disabled servicemen and women.

The minimum donation for a team to be on the podium is: $100

****Prizes/Raffle****

Every team member registered will receive a swag bag and t-shirt. The top 3 teams in each division will receive exclusive prizes.

There will also be a raffle basket for athletes to donate and receive a raffle ticket to be selected.
