Throwdown with athletes from across SoCal at our 6,500SQFT facility in beautiful Newbury Park, CA at our inaugural annual competitive CrossFit event.

The Conejo Valley Throwdown is a COED competition with each team consisting of one male and one female. Teams will compete across four events, one lift and three workouts with each event testing something different. Well balanced teams will be rewarded as all workouts are partner workouts that will require you to strategize and play to the skills and strengths of your two team members. Choose your partner wisely!

Workouts have not yet been announced but you can expect the following things to show up. Thrusters, Bike, Rowing, Cleans, Front Squats, Heavy Sandbag Carry, Deadlift, Dumbell Movements, Wall Walks, Gymnastics. Workouts will be announced beginning on February 1, 2025 via social media with one workout to be published each Friday during the month of February. Follow us @Kerosene.fitness on Instagram.

An array of fantastic prizes from supporting brands are on the line for the top three teams in each division, including a cash prize of $500 for the 1st place teams in the RX divisions.

Fitness is no fun without good food and drink. We've got you covered on that front. All participants will receive a catered lunch courtesy of Rock Chef Rolls and a competition brew.

Registration is $250/team (non-refundable but transferable per terms) and closes May 1, 2025. There are no qualifications, apart from a positive attitude to register. Space is limited to 50 total teams so don't delay. All teams will receive a personalized competition T-shirt.
