The Legacy Games

Welcome to the Legacy Games by Legacy Athletics! We are excited to offer our brand new Individual competition in what is one of the nicest CrossFit facilities around. Programmed and organized by the new owner and staff at Legacy Athletics who have years of experience in the world of CrossFit competitions.

Some general info-

We have 10,000 square foot to work with so bring friends and family. We will have a large workout floor with excellent equipment available, a warm-up area to prepare, an athlete area to hang out in as well as recover with our partners MyoFit. The gym is also equipped with mens and womens locker rooms with showers. All athletes who register on time will receive a t-shirt and swag bag and will compete for an excellent array of prizes.

Unfortunately for all you fur baby lovers this will be a no-pet competition. There will be no refunds unless under extreme circumstances. Bring your own food and beverage. 

Movement Standards-

Pull Ups, Toes-to-Bars, Box Jumps (Masters - Jump or step up) 24/20", DB Snatches 50/35#, KB Swings 1.5/1pd, Snatches 95/65, Thrusters 95/65#, Deadlifts 205/155#.
