This will be a partner fitness competition. The teams will be same sex (M,M or F,F) also mixed (M,F). There will be two divisions in each category RX ans Scaled. Depending on the amount of participants there will be 3 workouts plus a final for the top 4 teams or if registration is low all teams will do 4 workouts.

This competition is for anyone who normally RX class workouts or scales normally. Not meant for someone or places in the top 1% of the Open.
