Ladies, this is YOUR time to shine! 💪

We're thrilled to announce The Valkyrie, Tampa Bay's All-Women's Functional Fitness Competition, where camaraderie, womanhood, inclusivity, support, and community are our core values.

Join us for a celebration of women's empowerment like no other. Together, we'll lift each other up, push our boundaries, and showcase the power of unity.

📍 Location: CrossFit Westchase - Oldsmar

This competition will consist of 4 events (3 WODS, 1 Floater) throughout the course of the day.

Event Divisions: Teams of 2 - All-Female

Choose the division that suits your fitness level and goals. We welcome athletes of all levels and backgrounds!

Novice
Intermediate
Rx
Master's

*Adaptive athletes welcome and will be included in each division

**Stay tuned - we will be adding a day-of gauntlet style workout for individuals. Anyone can participate (even if you are competing as a team). More details to come

Performance Standards: Detailed information on performance standards and workout details will be provided soon. Get ready to challenge yourself and inspire others!

What to bring: Athletes - bring your athlete tent and whatever you need to fuel your wods. We will have a food truck, vendor village, speakers, demos and more.

Parking: Street Parking is available around the event location, CrossFit Westchase. We will provide a more detailed map on where to park soon!

Nonprofit: A portion of all registration fees will be donated to a local nonprofit that directly supports women in need. More details on this to come.

No pets - Sorry! Because this is a private venue, we are not allowing pets to this event.

Refund/Substitution Policy- Substitutions allowed up until registration closes. No refunds, all purchases are final.
