This year's competition is dedicated to the Intermediate athlete.  Although there can be a thin line between determining an Rx'd and Intermediate athlete, we have provided a few details below to help decide on if our competition is right for you, or if you're overqualified for this year.

REFUND & SUBSTITUTION POLICY:

We do not honor refunds at this time.  Substitutions can be submitted prior to July 27th.

WORKOUT RELEASE DATES:

Workouts and standards will be released with plenty of time to prepare.  The exact date on this is still TBD.

DETERMINING IF YOU'RE INTERMEDIATE:

Individuals for this competition should not be considered Rx'd or Firebreather athletes.

Although performing a few workouts or movements Rx'd doesn't necessarily disqualify you from being in the competition, our goal for this is to focus around the middle of the field athlete.
