Novice:Â For those that love fuctional fitness and want to have a fun time with their teammate. If you are normally looking at the whiteboard at your gym and thinking 'Yea, I need to scale that weight/skill/workout in general' this division is for you!
Advanced:Â For those who love the thrill of competition, have done competitions in the past, and are looking to test and express your physical abilities to the max. If you normally look at the whiteboard at your gym and think 'Let's get this bread' or 'This will get me out of my comfort zone and that's ok' this division is for you!
Barbell Movements- Working Weight (Advanced | Novice)

Gymnastic Movements (Advanced | Novice)
