The UPLIFT Games is a one day, indoor competition held at Fidelis Training Systems on November 1, 2025. 

Teams of 2 will compete in same sex RX, Intermediate, and Scaled divisions.

All workouts will be programmed by CrossFit Games athlete, Scott Tetlow.  

Athletes will be required to sign a Waiver before competing.

We will be releasing all workout on our Instagram page @upliftwod.

All money raised will be used to help our foundation.
