Hello, looking for guidance. A trading homepage discusses ongoing help and advice, while its legal section says the provider does not give trading recommendations. I want to understand the scope of support before I send a question or open an account. How would you distinguish help with the interface from general market information and from a recommendation tailored to a person’s finances? I have not asked anyone to manage decisions for me. A useful answer would explain which written terms should define the service and what to request if the promotional wording appears broader than the actual agreement.

The support wording in Peratradex trading needs clarification alongside the agreement. The homepage presents guidance, while the legal text disclaims trading advice and places decisions with the customer. Ask which help is actually provided: explaining controls, publishing general information or making personal recommendations are different activities. The mismatch is a reason to request a precise definition, not to assume the widest promise applies. Keep the written reply and relevant terms together. Do not send a detailed financial profile merely to find out what support means. If you need an explanation of a tool, ask that narrow question first. A clear service boundary is more useful than a broad assurance that someone will assist at every stage.
