P&B Capital Group keeps calling me after I told them to stop

I’m at my wit’s end with this company. They call my phone constantly, and when I asked them to stop contacting me at work, they ignored me and kept calling my job anyway. One rep got really rude with me and hinted that they could have me arrested if I didn’t pay. I know that’s not even legal but it still scared me.

What bothers me most is that I never got any written notice about this debt. I don’t even know if the amount is correct or where it came from. I looked them up and found this page saying they’ve been sued multiple times for things like fake settlement deadlines and calling people after being told to stop. Seems like this is a pattern for them.

I sent a letter asking them to validate the debt but they still keep calling. Has anyone here actually gotten them to leave them alone? I’m thinking about talking to a lawyer but I don’t want to spend money if there’s nothing I can do. Any advice would help.
