This will be our first Strongman Competition of 2019, and we are looking to crown King of the Swamp! This will be a NAS sanctioned event, and will be held during Sportshack's Expo and Sale day!
The events are:
Axle Bar clean and Press away for reps
Husafell Stone Carry
Yoke Walk
Max Jefferson Deadlift
Stone over Bar for reps
