The NOVA Throwdown is a two-day 4 person MMFF Team CrossFit Competition. This competition will feature the best implement in team CrossFit...the Rogue Worm! We will have similar but different events for both the Rx teams as well as the Scaled teams and the divisions will be separated over the course of the weekend. Saturday will be for Rx teams and Sunday will be for Scaled teams. 

We will have swag bags for podium winners as well as a $1000 cash prize for the 1st place team from both the Rx and Scaled divisions.
