This two-day event, the Tsavo throwdown, "Heart of a Lion" will take place at CrossFit Tsavo on the evening of November 4th and during the day on the 5th. (Specific times will be posted soon)
This is a partner competition consisting of M/M and F/F teams with RX and Intermediate divisions. Cash prizes will be up for grabs! $199 entry cost for each team plus taxes and fees. (Movement standards and division weight expectations will be posted soon.)
Special guest, Adrian Conway, who is a 5 x games athlete and who is currently working with CrossFit HQ as seminar staff will be giving a guest lecture and along with a Q and A on: training, nutrition, strategic programming, and various other topics.
Cancellation and refund deadline is two weeks prior to event start, 10/20/2023 at 5:00pm. Substitutions will be allowed up to the event day at the discretion of the organizer. Spectators are encouraged to come and watch! There is plenty of parking, but it is unmarked so please park in the best lines you can.
