The 2023 Powerlifting America Ottawa Iron Wars is open to all currently registered Powerlifting America members. Membership Cards can be purchased online at https://powerlifting-america.com.

All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.

Spectator Admission: $5

Eligibility Requirements:
✓ Open to ALL lifters, ages 8 to 108.
✓ No qualifying totals are required to compete in this competition

Full Power: $80
Push/Pull/Deadlift Only/Bench Only: $80
Additional Division: You may only enter one division.

Divisions:
• Raw Youth (8-13) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Teen (14-19) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Junior (20-23) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Open (24-39) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Raw Master (40 & up) - Top 3 in each weight class
• Equipped Open - Top 3 in each weight class
