Kids CrossFit Competition: Christmas Clash

Come join us for a fun-filled day of fitness and friendly competition at Neuse River CrossFit! Our Christmas Clash event is perfect for kids looking to test their skills and have a blast. Located on Welborn Street in Raleigh, NC, USA, this in-person event promises exciting challenges and a supportive community. Don't miss out on the chance to watch your kiddos showcase their CrossFit prowess and spread holiday cheer! The registration fee is 75 dollars per kid ($20 sibling discount) and includes a t-shirt. Cash prizes will be awarded. This will be a fun, family holiday event featuring pop up vendors, food trucks, a parent challenge, and more!Read below for all the information and workouts.

Kids can choose from three divisions: Tiny Tigers, Junior Jaguars, and Powerhouse Panthers.

Tiny Tigers (Ages 4-8)

Junior Jaguars (Ages 7-14)

Powerhouse Panthers (Ages 10-15)

*the overlap allows for parents to decide which division would be best for their child's skill and experience level

Workouts:
Event 1: 8 minute amrap
100 meter farmers carry (10s, 20s, and 30s dumbbells)
100 meter run
100 meter wall ball carry (10, 14, 20)

Event 2: two separate scores
Max calories on rower in two minutes
1 minute rest
Into 3 rounds for time:
6 burpees over rower
12 double unders (12 single unders for jr Jaguars and plate hops for tiny tigers)

Event 3:

10 minute AMRAP:
6 Toes to bar (sit ups for tiny tigers and knees to chest for junior jaguars)
8 Deadlift (25lbs, 55 lbs, 95 lbs)
10 Box jump (step ups are allowed)

Floater: max tire flips in one minute
(There will be 3 different sized tires)
