The Shark Fitness Race is coming to Riverview Park on Saturday, June 14th, and you don’t want to miss it! 

In partnership with the City of Sebastian, Treasure Coast Fitness and Nutrition is bringing the community together for an exciting fitness challenge that promotes exercise, healthy living, and friendly competition! This event will test your endurance with running and functional fitness exercises, and it’s open to ALL fitness levels—whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a fun way to move!

Every registrant will receive a complimentary event t-shirt, and all finishers will earn a medal! Plus, awards will be given based on finishing position in different age groups and fitness levels! 🏆

The Shark Fitness Race is an exciting and accessible event designed for all fitness levels, offering a unique blend of strength, endurance, and determination. Whether you're competing for the podium or just challenging yourself, this race is all about pushing your limits and having fun!

The course consists of 10 exercise stations, each separated by a 250m run, keeping your heart pumping and your energy high:

1. 100ft Sled Drag
2. 15 Slam Ball Squats
3. 200ft Mixed Carry (Suitcase Kettlebell & Slam Ball)
4. 30 Russian Kettlebell Swings
5. 100ft Bear Crawl with Slam Ball Roll
6. 100ft Kettlebell Lunge
7. 15 Plate Ground to Overhead
8. 50 Jump Rope
9. 30 Calorie Row
10. 100ft Reverse Sled Drag

With divisions suited for all ability levels, the race is designed to be both challenging and achievable—whether you're a seasoned athlete or a first-time competitor. The weights for each division are listed under their respective descriptions, ensuring a fair and fun competition for everyone.
