ust like last year all profits will be given to a good cause. We are still voting on what that charity or who that individual will be. Once we confirm the beneficiary we will update. This means no welcome bags or trophies. We will do a podium and give verbal recognition, but we want to maximize the donation in any fashion we can. 

Two changes from last year. 

1. Entry has been increased to account for shirts.
2. This is now a USS sanctioned event. This will give you a chance to qualify for the 2026 USS Nationals but you will need to have a valid USS membership.

Event Details

•  Max Floor Press
  • Set weight jumps, increments will be varied smaller as they increase Weights listed will be starting weights. 
  • Start Position will be roughly 13 inches. Tires used for heavier classes, crashpads and bumpers for smaller classes
  • 3 attempts (30 second attempts)
• Trump Deadlift
  • There will be two bars with set weights. 
  • You may go up or down. 
  • Max reps. 1 heavy beats all light. (60 Second time limit)
• Sandbag to shoulder ladder. 
  • Bags will be placed in increasing weights. (60 seconds to complete as many as possible)
• Mixed object load 
  • Items will include Kegs, sandbags, a rubber stone, and a power stair. This will vary by division
• Captain America Hold 
  • You will have a rope in each hand. One will be tied to a stationary object and the other to a loading system. Weights will increase. Aas the weight gets heavier the weight jumps will be smaller
  • Every 10 seconds a plate will be added starting with 45s then smaller plates.
