BE ABLE TO PERFORM "GIRL" WODS AND CF OPEN/QUATERFINAL WODS RX.
THIS INCUDES WEIGHTS AND GYMNASTICS SKILLS.
*TOP 5 TEAMS IN RX DIVISIONS WILL MOVE TO FINALS*

INTERMEDIATE
ABLE TO COMPLETE SOME WORKOUTS RX BUT TEND TO SCALE MOST.
WORKING WTS (NOT 1RMS)- CLEAN & JERK 95/65, SNATCH 75/55
DB’S 35/25
PULL UPS
K2E
*TOP 5 TEAMS IN SCALED DIVISIONS WILL MOVE TO FINALS*
EXPECT THE FINAL TO BE A CHALLENGE.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Minimum of 7 teams per division to run the division. 

*MUST be 18yrs. or older to compete in this event.
