Teams x 2 CrossFit event with 3 division to choose from. Rx/Intermediate/Scaled
All Teams are Male/Male or Female/Female
All Proceeds are donated to the CF 4 CF Foundation in efforts to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis

What is the main purpose?
The main goal is to the use CrossFit as a vessel to promote awareness of Cystic Fibrosis. We want every team that is participating to have a great CrossFit competition experience, have fun and leave the event with just a little bit more awareness of the cause we are supporting and with a rewarding feeling.
This is an annual event hosted by CrossFit Council Bluffs to raise money in efforts to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
