It's that time of the year again! CFB is hosting our annual Summer Throwdown! But if you thought something looked a little different - you're not wrong! We're switching things up this year and couldn't be more excited! So here's the details:

☀️ 2 day competition: 6-Person Teams & Individuals will compete on both Saturday AND Sunday.

☀️ 6 person teams (3 males/3 females) - ONE Divison - Intermediate/Scaled Division ONLY

- Intermediate/Scaled teams should have at least 1 male and 1 female that would RX most daily workouts

RX Individual: Ring Muscle Ups Bar Muscle Ups Pistols Toes To Bar Chest to Bar Pull Ups Box Jumps 30/24 Hand Stand Push Ups Ring Dips Clean and Jerk 205/135lb Rope Climb 15' OHS 115/75lb Front racked walking lunges 135/95lb Snatch 135/95lb Push Press 135/95lb Running Rowing Double Unders Deadlift, 275/185lb Burpee KB Swing, 70/55lb Front Squat 135/95lb Thrusters 135/95lb Wall Ball 20/14lb (10'/9') * Be prepared to establish a max load on any given barbell movement

Scaled Individual: Clean and Jerk 95/65lb Knees to Elbows OHS, 75/55lb Box Jump or Step Up 24/20" Snatch, 75/55lb Push Press, 95/65lb Running Rowing Single Unders Deadlift, 205/135lb Burpee Ab Mat Sit-Up KB Swing, 55/35lb Front Squat 95/65lb Thrusters 95/65lb HR Push Up Wall Ball 14/10lb (10'/9') *Be prepared to establish a max load on any given barbell movement
