Your overall fitness can be described as how proficient you are at all 10 of these skills. Most people are very strong in a few, decent in a majority, and very poor in another select few.
With this competition, we aim to test all 10 skills, to have a great time with our friends and fellow competitors, and to help develop this competition series for the future.
