Hey Fit Fam!

This will be a single-day, individual test of strength where you will be testing your 1 rep max Deadlift against all of your friends!  The best part is, you'll be helping the doggos!  Part of all the proceeds collected will be going straight to the Nevada Humane Society!

Athlete check-in will start at 9 am at Stimulus Health + Fitness, 870 Steneri Way, Sparks, NV 89431.  Lifting will begin at 10 am!  There will be 4 divisions total : Male/ Female/ Masters Male and Female (35+).  Your score will be based on the ration of weight lifted : bodyweight.  Every athlete will get 3 attempts so make sure you warm up! 🙂

We're also planning on having a DJ, food truck, and possibly some other surprises!  🙂
