Join us for our Fall 2024 event to bench, deadlift, & compete for a cause.

Registration for the meet closes September 26th, but we typically fill up within 2 months of registration opening, so we encourage you to register sooner rather than later. 

Your registration fee includes the cost of your entry, your athlete meet tee, a lifter goodie bag stocked by our sponsors, and winner prizes. 

 
Meet Day Details

Saturday, October 26th - EmpowHER Fitness Spring Meet

Aspire Athletics - Seattle, Washington: 4100 Aurora Ave N, Seattle WA 98103 
10am start time
Athletes will need to arrive around 8:00-8:30 am; more specific meet day details will be included in the confirmation email.

Divisions

This meet is non-sanctioned and open to ALL levels; our non-showcase meets (like this one) do not include weigh-in's like traditional powerlifting meets. Divisions are based on honest self-selection of lifter's experience level.

• Mighty & Mini: <14 years of age & any experience level (must have guardian present)
• Beginner but Badass: 0-1 years lifting
• Intermediate & Incredible: 1-3 years lifting
• Basically a Pro: 3+ years lifting

MANY of our lifters have not competed in any lifting competition prior to lifting in an EmpowHER Fitness Event, while others have competed in multiple high-level, sanctioned and/or elite events. EmpowHER Fitness Meets are the perfect opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone, build confidence in competition, meet other women, inspire and cheer each other on, and compete for a cause - no matter your level.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian present.
 

Competition

Lifters will complete in bench, and deadlift in a powerlifting meet-style manner.
Each lifter will have 3 attempts at both lifts to reach their maximum lift on each movement.

The total of BOTH lifters will be combined for the scoring.

Refund Policy

We do not accept refund requests, but you are more than able to substitute an athlete in your place or credit your purchase towards a future event. If there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us and let us know.
