Awards for 1st place in each class. Top 3 per class qualify for 2022 Nationals

Event Rules: ( NO LIFTING STRAPS, NO TACKY, NO DEADLIFT SUITES or SQUAT SUITES)

1. Double Underhand Keg Clean and Press Away- Clean the Keg once and then press for as many reps as you can in 60 sec. There is a down command. Feet together and arms locked for rep to count. Keg can be recleaned if needed. No staggered grip.
2. Big Wheel Axle Deadlift - 12" pick, as many reps as possible in 60 sec. NO LIFTING STRAPS. Down Command. Hand must open at the bottom before you lift each rep.
3. Keg Drop Squat - Most reps in 60 sec. Weight listed is starting weight of cage and bar. One keg at a time will be dropped on every successful rep. Up to 4 kegs. Start in the up position. Wait for the down command.
4. Keg Carry - Fastest time in 60 sec. 100' (50' with a turn) Keg must be placed in the up position for time to stop. Has to be carried in front of you. No drops
5. Keg Toss - Fastest time in 60 sec - One keg at a time must be tossed over a bar. You can not throw the next keg until the first keg clears the bar. Athletes will start at the bar, on the command go you will sprint to the first keg.
