High Speed High Stakes

November 3rd, High Speed CrossFit presents its very first competition "High Stakes", and it is exactly what it sounds like! Hard WOD's for big prizes!

Divisions: 2 person teams Male and Female Beginner/Intermediate/Elite @ $175 a team!

Elite: 21-15-9 Toes to bar KBS 70/53 Thrusters 135/95

There will be 3 events with 1 floater, and a final event for the top 6 teams in each division.

Then standards for Beginner Intermediate and Elite divisions do not necessarily mean this is what is in the competition, but you should be able to efficiently do the weight and/or movement.
