Who: RX, Scaled (same-sex partner)

Where: Outside (rain or shine)

The Key City Throwdown is meant to be an old-school, no-frills kind of partner challenge.
There will be no rig, barbells, or high-level gymnastics skills.
Just good old grunt work.
That means we will be getting creative with the workouts and equipment to include things like sandbags, dumbbells, and more.

Divisions
MM- RX
FF- RX
MM- Scaled
FF- Scaled
When choosing a division, keep in mind the weights listed are working weights and NOT max lifts.

RX- 50/35 Dumbbells, Sandbags around but not limited to 150/125, DU.
Scaled- 35/25 Dumbbells, Sandbags around but not limited to 125/100, SU.
Plan for at least 4 workouts throughout the day and the potential for a 5th (finals).

Parking and Tent area available. Be prepared to set up for the day outside rain or shine.
Please no pets.
Registration is nonrefundable.

Athlete Check-In: 6:30am-7:00am
Opening Remarks: 7:30 am
First Heat: 8:30 am
Award Ceremony: 5pm
