This year we will be hosting a 1 day competition with 3 divisions.
Scaled, Intermediate, and RX on June 25th.
Male/Female team of two.
Athlete briefing will start at 8:00 am. We will go over the standards for every workout and answer any questions you may have.
First event kick off is 9:00AM
This years Midwest Classic will take place at CrossFit RSP in Carterville, IL!
Workouts will be announced starting in February.
There will be 3 events and a final! NO FLOATER!
