Weigh-ins: Friday 5p-8p at Earned Not Given Barbell 3125 Cedar Crest Ridge Dubuque, IA 52001. Saturday 12p-1p at event site.

*THIS IS AN AFTERNOON MEET*

-Rules-

1. Carry Medley- Starting with the Frame followed by the Wheelbarrow and finishing with the Hussafell. 50' Course. Run frame implement down, pick up the wheelbarrow next and run it back to the original starting position where you'll then grab the husafell and run it back down to the finish line. Two total drops allowed. So if you drop the frame twice, you can't drop anything else for the remainder of this medley. If an Athlete drops a third time, it is a zero for this event. The Athlete who completes all three implements the quickest wins.
2. Log/Axle- For this event, the Athlete will be going back and forth between the log and axle. Clean and pressing them both. Athlete who completes the most presses in 60 seconds wins this event. Athlete can start on the implement of their choice. Grip shirts are OK to use.
3. Boat Pull- Yes the boat is in the water and you'll be on the dock! Fair warning, you'll get a little wet so plan accordingly and bring some extra clothes! You'll be pulling on a 50' rope to bring the boat to the dock. It is hand over hand, the Athlete to bring the boat in the full 50' the quickest, wins. You can most certainly use gloves for this event if you'd like to.
4. Deadlift for reps- Most reps in 60 seconds wins this event! No tacky, suits are OK, chalk is more than ok, hitching/ramping is fine. No bouncing the weight to attempt to catch the whip to help lockout.
5. 3 Stone Series- Athlete to load the three Atlas Stones the quickest, wins. Tacky is more than acceptable for this event. Grip shirts as well, chalk, forearm protection, etc. Load heights will be 48", 52" and finishing with 56".

Awards: Trophies for 1st-3rd in Open Divisions and Masters. Trophies for 1st in Novice.
