For those deadlifting you must wear knee high socks. If you do not have a pair they will be available for sale at the meet ($12).
6 inch lifting belts are not allowed, nor are "Velcro belts". Acceptable lifting belt is 4 inch wide leather lifting belt.
Knee Sleeves or knee wraps are allowed. Wrist wraps are also allowed.
