"THE RAID" is a 2-person team CrossFit competition consisting of 3 workouts, a floater workout, and the top-4 teams in each division will compete in a final workout.
There will be 3 divisions: RX, Intermediate, and Novice.
The divisions will be same sex: MM/FF.
All podium finishers will receive a custom medal.
The winners of each division will receive CASH PRIZES as follows:
RX: 20% of revenue from competition registration.
Intermediate: 15% of revenue from competition registration.
Novice: 5% of revenue from competition registration.
