RX PODIUM:
1st = £1,250
2nd = £750
3rd = £500
*Winning athletes will choose a charity of their choice.
Qualifier Dates:
TFG23.1 = Released 11th April – Submission 16th April 1800
TFG23.2 = Released 18th April – Submission 23rd April 1800
TFG23.3 = Released 25th April – Submission 30th April 1800
Workout Schedule:
Friday = 3 Workouts (Intermediate Only)
Saturday = 3 Workouts (Both Categories)
Sunday = 3 Workouts (RX Only)
Registration is just £15 (£10 in DECEMBER)
