Treasure Coast Throwdown 2022

COMMUNITY WINS AGAIN! 

After an incredible event in 2021 we are back for Year 2 of the Treasure Coast Throwdown! 

The Treasure Coast Throwdown is a grassroots Functional Fitness event designed to bring the Treasure Coast Fitness Community together for a FUN day of competition!

Participation is open to ANYONE that wishes to participate in a Fun, Safe and Inclusive event. There are 50 team spots available (150 athletes) and registration begins January 1st! 

Sebastian, FL

Located at the heart of Florida's Treasure Coast, TCCF is the ideal host to bring together the area's Fitness Community for a day of Fun, Friendship and Fitness! 

This year's event will take place at the Treasure Coast CrossFit located in Sebastian, FL.

Competition Format & Divisions

The format is TEAMS-OF-3 in all of the following divisions:

• Women's Novice
• Men's Novice
• Women's Scaled (Intermediate)
• Men's Scaled (Intermediate)
• Men's Rx (Advanced)
• Coed Rx (Advanced)
• Masters Platinum 120+ 
• Masters Golden 150+

All workouts will be announced at least 1 month prior to the event date (March 9th) and All Teams will participate in all 4 Workouts (no cuts). 

All participants will receive an event T-Shirt and goodies supplied by sponsors. 

Important Information

After the conclusion of the event Pareidolia Brewing Co. is hosting the Awards Cerimony and After-Party so we hope that you will plan on staying in Sebastian to join us for the celebration! 

Free Parking is available at Riverview Park, just a couple of blocks from the facility. We ask that everyone park there as our parking lot will be closed due to event. We will have an area for tents and you will be able to drop off everything prior to parking.
