Teams of 4 athletes: 2 Male and 2 Female
One athlete in each age* category:
under 30Â Â Â Â 30 - 44
 45 - 54      55+
*Age is athlete's age on the day of the event.
Division & Scaling Info:
All teams will be placed in a single Open Division. Workouts will be programmed with a range of movements or weights, from scaled to beast. Teams will then assign their athletes based on their abilities.Â
The first 3 workouts will drop in June or July. Check back here!
Semi-finals and finals will be released during the competition.Â
