Grab your workout partner and test yourself at the Fourth Annual Golden Bear Games at CrossFit 916.

Centered around our massive 140ft Monster Rig, The GBG will challenge Rx and Intermediate Crossfitters with all aspects of a true Crossfit Competion.

RX Divison:
Can perform the open as prescribed and some quarterfinals workouts.

Intermediate Divison:
Can perform the open mostly as prescribed
