We can't wait to be back in Birmingham. 

Since October of 2015 BOA has traveled all over the United States entertaining athletes of all ages.

We are excited about our new three-person team concept! 

Teams of three require each member to be born in a different decade. This can be done in two ways: The first number in the age are all different or the date of birth all in a different decade.

  • No Refunds 
  • Can substitute members at anytime up to start of event as long as age requirements are met.

BERSERKER RELAY

Berserker Relay

10 minute AMRAP:

A team member will complete each of the following movements. All three movements must be completed. A different team member for each. Once all three movements are completed they will start over at the beginning and any team member can complete the movement.

20 Cal Ski
20 Cal Row
20 Cal Bike

There will also be a Devils Press accumulating as many reps as possible for the duration. Athletes may switch out at any time. The dumbbells must be placed on the ground prior to changing athletes.
