The Rebel Strongwoman series is coming back to Virginia after a 2-year hiatus! Spring 2022 we will see a return in the training series culminating in an all-female strongwoman meet!

United States Strongman Sanctioned, 2022 Nationals qualifier, 2023 Pro International Qualifier

Women’s Pro Class offered as a Pro Division Qualifier, the winner gets invited to the USS  Pro International Championship 2023

Minimum requirement is 6 athletes in the Pro Class to award a new Pro Status to the winner

Minimum pro class prize awards- $500 first place, $300 second place, $200 third place!!!

A $100 cash prize to the lb for lb winner of Silver Dollar Deadlift! 
All classes awarded trophies for 1st-3rd place and invites to 2022 USS nationals in Manchester, NH

Mandatory Weigh-ins Friday, April 29 9-11 am and 5-7 pm.
Must bring proof of USS membership.

EVENT RULES:

Axle Clean & Press for Reps

60 seconds to get as many reps as possible. Athlete starts from standing behind the axle. Clean the axel from ground to shoulders using any method. Press overhead and wait for judges down command. Feet parallel, no bend in elbows, hips, or knees is a lockout. Chalk, Belts, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves allowed.

Silver Dollar Deadlift Last Man Standing

30 seconds to attempt each lift. 18” deadlift height. No suits allowed. Straps, chalk, belts allowed. Down command only.

Keg Carry Medley

60 seconds. Athlete starts behind a white line 2’ away from the kegs. Lightest keg first, athlete picks and front carries each keg 40’ and places behind the finish line and upright. Athlete must maintain control of implements. In case a keg drops and rolls, athlete must carry it back to point where it was dropped to continue. No tacky allowed.
Duck Walk & Frame Medley

60 seconds. Athlete starts with duck walk handle in hands. Carry 40’, carry the frame 40’ in the opposite direction. Entire duck walk and athlete and then the front of the frame must cross line. No straps allowed.
Anchor Chain Race

60 seconds. Athlete starts standing backward over the anchor chain, then moves it 40’ by dragging past and around a cone one way and moves back the other way for 40’ until athletes feet cross the line. Gloves, belts, wraps allowed. No straps. Unlimited drops allowed.
