The number you see by the divisions is the total weight between 2 people.

Weight in Times
Friday, May 6th 6 am- 11 am and 3 pm - 7 pm

Saturday, May 7th 6:30 am - 7:30 am

You will need to pick up shirts, spectator Tickets and do your yoke height.

The weight next to the division is the combined weight of both Teammates.

Must have a USS strongman membership before you compete.
cost for a USS membership is $30 dollars per person.

LAST DAY TO SIGN UP IS April 30th.
We have a cap of competitors, due to us also having an individual comp going on the same day.

You will have to show a wristband when you come in the door or one may be purchased at the door.
We will have everything roped off for the competition.
ONLY COMPETITORS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE WARM-UP AREA AND ON THE FLOOR.

Circus DB and Log
90 sec time limit
Team mate 1 will start on DB and clean and press 2 reps . Then they will move on to log . You will clean & press away as many reps for the rest of the time.
When teammate 1 finishes at 45 secs, teammate will go and do the same for 45 secs. Total number of reps between both teammates will be your score.
TeamMate 2 can be standing at DB ready to go when time is called at 45 secs.
Must have full lockout and wait for a down call.
Belt, buckle must be in back or on the side for belt, wrist wraps, chalk, grip shirt allowed.
Deadlift -
You will both be going at the same time. You will have a total of 90 secs to deadlift as many reps as possible on the frame and barbell. You can stay at the same implement the whole time or you can choose to switch implements during your time.
Total number of reps will be score.
Allowed, Belt, figure 8 straps, wrist wraps, Versa grips, must have feet covered.
NO tacky, hooks, or deadlift suits.

Carry Medley 50 ft
Both team mates start at the start line .
Both team mates will be going at the same time. One will have a duck walk and sand bag and the other will have a keg and sand bag.
You will carry duck walk or keg down and drop at line, the implements must be standing up before going to next implement. Then you will run back to start and pick sand bag up and carry down. Time ends when both sandbags cross the line.
Time limit 60 seconds
Belt, wrists wraps, chalk allowed.
No tacky, no gloves.

Yoke and Farmers 100Ft
One lane will have a yoke and the other lane will have Farmers.
One teammate will start with farmers, the other will start with yoke. When time starts you will both carry implement to 50ft line, drop and switch implements for the next 50ft. For the second implement, you can go as soon as you touch implement at the 50ft line. You do not have to wait on team Mate
Both implements have to cross the finish line for time to end.
Time limit 1 min
Belt, wrist wraps, chalk, grip shirt can be worn.
No hooks or tacky allowed.
Penalty time will be given for sliding across the finish line.

Load
Bar Height W- 48 inches M- 52 Inches

Stone Load over the Bar
You will have 90 seconds to get as many reps as possible. You can switch in and out as much as you want.
Tacky can be used.
We will have an area to clean up after the event.

Must have a team name for competition When you weigh-in will need Team Name
Competition Shirt will have to be worn while competing
Unless you have a grip shirt on for Press and Stones.
