WELCOME! GET READY FOR ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING STRONGMAN EVENTS OF THE YEAR!

The USA FIT GAMES! (Formerly known as the Europa and then UBU expo)

Tons of info to come, but here are the events! Rest assured, this is a TSC (The Strong Comp) event, so you will have premium implements to compete with, and Judging will be top notch!

LOG CLEAN AND PRESS AWAY

Competitor will clean log once then press away.
Competitor may set log down if needed. Competitor will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible
No tacky or straps allowed. Chalk, belt and elbow sleeves allowed.

HERCULES HOLD

Hold the implement as long as possible

Husafell Carry for Distance: (TX shaped Husafell) Head to Head

Competitor will have 60s to go as far as possible with the implement
Time Begins when Judge says "Go" (you can start with hands on implement, but not leaning it or beginning the lift)
Allowed: Chalk, sleeves, belts, gloves, grip shirts
Not Allowed: Tacky/Tacky towel, knee/elbow wrap

Basket Keg Squat

Info coming soon, but it's designed and being built after the Worlds Strongest Man Keg squat from 2005
When it's build we will test it and get the weights together

Sandbag Load over bar

Each sandbag will be loaded over a bar.
Splits will be taken on each bag for time.
Belt and chalk allowed, no tacky.
