Weigh-ins: 8-9:30am, Rules meeting 9:00am
Lifting Begins 10:00 am each day
Eligibility:
OPEN TO ALL LIFTERS, regardless of age. Must be an active member of USA Powerlifting NO qualifying total required. Out of State lifters may compete by entering Out of State division.
Membership cards can be purchased here: http://www.usapowerlifting.com/membership-application/ Please purchase Membership before event. Memberships purchased after November 1, 2016, will be good until December 31, 2017.
Uniforms:
One piece lifting suits (singlet) are mandatory for all contestants! ALL equipment must conform to USAPL standards. For further clarification, please visit http://www.usapowerlifting.com/rules-bylaws/ or contact the meet directors.
Note:
American records can be broken at this event, per USA Powerlifting rules. All registered lifters are subject to drug testing!
Weight Classes:
Women: 47 kg, 52 kg, 57 kg, 63 kg, 72 kg, 84 kg, 84 kg+
Men: 59 kg, 66 kg, 74 kg, 83 kg, 93 kg, 105 kg, 120 kg, 120 kg+
Divisions:
Open, Teen, Master
Awards:
Powerlifting: 1st – 5th (in each weight class)
Bench Only: 1st – 5th (in each weight class)
Best Lifter Awards.

All entries must be received by April 12. Only online entries will be accepted. Absolutely no entries accepted after April 12, 2019
