Introducing... Winter Swolstice!
Summer Swolstice was so fun, we could not wait a full year! Grab your team of four and get ready to sleigh Winter Swolstice style!
WHEN: SATURDAY, JANUARY 8, 2022
TIME: 8AM-5PM (TWO SESSIONS)
- Teams will be assigned sessions (morning or afternoon). Sessions will be assigned by December 15.
WHERE: University Place CrossFit
COST:
$300 per team- includes 4 AMAZING winter beanies!
PRIZES:Â
- RX: Cash and swag prizes for top 3 teams
- Scaled: Swag prizes for top 3 teams
- Masters: Swag prizes for top 3 teams
FORMAT:
- Teams of 4
- Must be 2 males and 2 females
DIVISIONS:
- RX
- Scaled
- Masters (RX and Scaled)- must be a combined age at least 160, with no one under 35 on your team.
WORKOUTS:Â
4 total workouts: 3 + 1 floater
- WORKOUT 1- LIVE!
- WORKOUT 2- LIVE!
- WORKOUT 3: Announced Dec. 1
- FLOATER: Surprise workout!
